Poppy has attended a Professional Groomers twice, for a puppy groom which is excellent ,as it gets her used to the grooming environment.
We would suggest a professional groomer every every 6 to 8 weeks going forward.
If her new owners need any advice on grooming ,or finding a good groomer do ask us here at Doodle Aid,always happy to give our support.
Exercise
Poppy is still only a puppy and should not be over exercised, this is most important for her growing bones.
Absolutely no forced exercise like jogging ,no using a ball thrower as this all could damaged a growing puppies bones.
Shorter walks of around 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a day would suit Poppy at her age at present.
Plus some non forced playtime in the garden.
As Poppy is still only a puppy her recall will need some working on ,in a safe and secure area.
Because she does not know her new owners we would suggest hiring private dog paddock at first to work on her recall ,until she gets to know you.
Please do not let her off lead until you have complete trust in one another.
Poppy may pull on her lead if she gets over excited ,some loose lead training should be put into place.
Her general obedience is good ,will become better with more training.
Interacts with other dogs well, but do watch other dogs around Poppy, as not all dogs are tolerant around other dogs and puppies.
