Duggee is located in Blackpool Post Code Area FY4 ,you will be expected to carry out as many meet and greets as requested

His family purchased Duggee at 13 weeks old ,his behaviour started to change at around 5 months old.He just finds it very hard to switch off and is on the go constantly.

Duggee is a very active, highly strung little chap,he has difficulty settling down and chilling for any short periods of time.

His family love him dearly but finding it difficult managing Duggee’s personality and his needs, they have tried many aspects.

In his environment he follows the owner of the house persistently, and barks even when the owner needs to attend to the child in their home

The family have to watch him around the home as he gets up to mischievous behaviour, pinching children’s toys and various items of clothing, mostly socks.

Duggee is at present is not surgically neutered, but he is chemically neutered, this was to see if it helped with his behaviour.

He is also on 20 mg daily of Fluoxetine to help ease his behaviour

Duggee is not an aggressive dog and has never bitten ,he doesn’t not resource guard and he does not have separation anxiety

He is crate trained and will settle in his crate for hours ,if his owners need to go out.

His crate should be a nice cosy den for him to take himself off too,if he needs too him his foster home

Duggee might cry in the car for a short while but soon settles

He is toilet trained, but we do state any dog can mark in a new and strange environment

Duggee has never been destructive in his home

His diet is Wainwrights ,two meals per day

Likes to play ball and his crinkle toys are his favourite

We are looking for a Foster home willing to help Duggee settle more ,we are not sure why he is constantly on the go.

Could be environmental, could be he needs more exercise and more mental stimulation. Also he certainly will need a calm area for his crate so he can have downtime to chill.

The first week we would like him just to explore his foster home, and his family he is living with, take things steady day by day.

After a week we would like his foster to take him to the vets to have a full health check, which should include full blood count.

All vets invoices are paid by Doodle Aid,as is food, dog trainers or behaviourists.

If he needs a groom contact us and we will find a groomer for you
