This little girl is looking for a new home due to not adapting well ,with two very young twins in her home.

It’s been a very difficult situation trying to juggle both Maggie and the twins.

Sadly Maggie is fearful of them both ,has shown signs of unpredictability, but never bitten a child or human. When the toddlers approach the baby gates when Maggie is on the other side, she will growl and lung to try get to them.

Maggie was bought into the owners lives as a puppy ,and sadly has never experienced sharing her home with babies, toddlers or children. It’s been a complete shock to her system no doubt.

The twins have now started walking ,so for their safety Maggie is kept in the kitchen. The owners know this is not good for her well-being ,and came to us to find her a loving child free home.

She lives with a male rescue terrier cross ,whom she dislikes and there have been a number of incidents with the pair of them.

Outside of Maggie’s home she shows no malice towards other dogs, may bark at few but that’s quite normal behaviour not every dog likes every other dog.Maggie has attended doggy day care and has mixed in well.

General Information

Maggie is an affection girl around adults, she loves the attention from them.

If adult visitors arrive at her home ,she gets very excited and likes to be fussed.

Maggie can get excited at times but will soon calm down and settle.

She loves to be loved

Her general obedience her owners state is good.

Maggie is well socialised but the owners state, whilst out walking ,they are alway careful if children try to approach her.

This is because children can be unpredictable ,as well as poor Maggie being fearful of them.

Maggie is toilet trained, but with any dog entering a new environment, please expect the unexpected.

Maggie sleeps in the kitchen on her blanket, she has had beds in the past, but destroys them.

Can be left for short periods of time through out the day ,we recommend no more than a few hours.Dogs are social creatures and need human contact, especially a rescue dog who needs time to adjust.

She is not crated trained, never used a crate.

Travels well in the car,all dogs should be secured on a car journey(by a dog guard or safety harness)

Maggie likes the water

Her favourite game is fetch

Maggie needs an adult home, with people who would love to love her she adores adult company and fuss.Sadly she is not getting 109% of this at present due to the circumstances within her home.

Her owners love her dearly but are worried about their own children and Maggies well being.

Please find it in your hearts to give this poppet a home ,she can Roanoke free i without the stress of little ones.

All potential applicants will be subjected to a full vetting and a homecheck.

We would also require some form of identification at the time if the home check.
