We are looking for either a Foster with a view to adopt,or will consider a straight adoption.

Marigold Jane is located in Wiltshire ,Postcode area SN9.
Please note we will need the potential applicant to do several meet and greets.
Can live with another dog
We are prepared to allow her to live with older children 8 plus
No cats,no furries,no reptiles and definitely no birds
Safe and secure garden ,not communal
Prefer to live in a built up area not rural area

Marigold Jane is looking for a new home ,due to her owner having difficulties herself with reaching Marigold Jane’s needs.
On several occasions Marigold Jane ,has managed to kill several chickens in the village.
This really was not her fault,natural instinct kicked in ,both were in the wrong place at the wrong moment.
Chicken was loose on a footpath,Marigold Jane was off lead,the rest is history sadly.
The other time Marigold Jane was visiting friends with her owner,sadly she was off lead in the garden and managed to get in with the chickens.
Sadly now her owner is worried Marigold Jane,might escape & get loose and it will happen again,and she will get shot by a farmer.
Think Marigold Jane may of got a reputation in her Village.
Also her owner had an off lead incident going back to the car,Marigold Jane ran onto a major A road,nearly resulting in a tragedy.
Her owner now has come to the sad decision that she cannot manage Marigold Jane ,scared she pulls her over and she will hurt herself and she may fall.
Whilst Her owner visits larger Towns and Cities ie friends in London,Marigold Jane is very good in built up areas,and tends to prefer this lifestyle.
Rural life has become too much of a temptation for this girl.

Marigold Jane has a curly coat,only sheds minimally as all dogs shed some amount.
Does not mind the grooming experienced.
Attends a Professional Groomers every 6/8 weeks.
We do advise to brush and combing her through at home regularly.
Exercise
Marigold Jane ,is walked for approximately 1.5 hours per day.
She now does not go off her lead due to inquisitive nature, and for her own safety.
This is something her new owners could spend some time on training her.
Yes you can teach older dogs,you just have to be consistent with them.
Her recall has been good in the past ,but sadly with the chicken incident and the road incident,her owner is afraid to let her off her lead.
Marigold Jane interacts well with other dogs outside ,and when others visit her home.
She lives with a Pug and there have been no issues between them.
General Information
Marigold Jane is your typical fun loving,lively,friendly,funny type of Cockapoo.
She has no resource guarding issues,no separation anxiety problems.
Never been aggressive to humans or other dogs.
Her owner states Marigold Jane is well socialised,and attended training classes when she was a puppy.
Marigold Jane sleeps down downstairs
Can be left alone no more than 3 to 4 hours per day
Not crate trained
Non destructive in her home
Is toilet trained but be prepared when any rescue dog ,is in a new environment ,there maybe an accident.
Marigold travels well in the car
Dislikes Chickens see above
Has never shown any interest in swimming.
Marigold lives a rural lifestyle
If you live in rented accommodation we will require full disclosure a dog can live in this property.
